How is the plan personalized?
Your answers set the numbers and the content. Calories and portions come from your dog's weight, age and activity. The routine is built around the minutes per day you have. The training programs are the 2 problems you pick, adapted to your dog's size, age and home. The welcome letter and routine are written about your dog by name.
Does it work for mixed breeds?
Yes. If your dog is a mix or you're not sure, the plan uses your dog's size and weight instead of a single breed profile.
My dog is a puppy. Is that OK?
Yes, from 8 weeks old. Puppies get more meals per day, shorter sessions and age-appropriate goals.
Is this veterinary advice?
No. It's general training and feeding guidance. If your dog has a health condition, is on a prescription diet, or shows warning signs, talk to your vet. The plan tells you when.
My dog has bitten someone. Should I buy this?
The plan can help with daily structure and safe management, but a dog with a bite history should work with a certified positive-reinforcement trainer or a veterinary behaviorist. The plan says so and leaves out close-contact exercises.
Can I get my plan in Spanish?
Yes. When you unlock your plan, you choose English or Spanish. The form and your PDF come in that language, whatever language you read this page in.
Why do I fill out the form after paying?
Each plan is generated individually from your answers, so the form opens right after checkout. It takes about 5 minutes.
What's your refund policy?
Your plan is a personalized digital product, made from your answers and emailed right after you submit the form. That's why all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for change of mind once your plan is delivered.
We refund your payment only in these cases, after checking them against your purchase records:
- Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Not delivered: you paid but didn't receive the form or your plan, and we couldn't fix it within 48 hours of your message.
- Our technical error: your plan doesn't match the answers you submitted, and we can't correct it.
Made a mistake in the form? No problem. Write to us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll correct your answer and send you an updated plan once, free of charge.
To request a refund or a correction, email us within 7 days of your purchase with your order email and PayPal transaction ID. We reply within 1 business day.
